1. So to say the least, I was disappointed and felt it was totally inappropriate for the hotel to charge a premium rate and then not permit guests to use the facilities that are a part of that fee.

2. For example, I was not permitted to order a drink at the bar but as an alternative, I could pay a fee and a 22% mandatory gratuity to order room service and drink alone in my room.
