1. So to say the least, I was disappointed and felt it was totally inappropriate for the hotel to charge a premium rate and then not permit guests to use the facilities that are a part of that fee.

3. Only negative was that there was a charge for the business center and Wifi so no way to use a computer without paying (this is why the service got a "4" instead of a "5").
