3. Unfortunately, the hotel booked a party in the common area of the hotel, including the restaurant and bar (although it has other meeting room facilities it could have used for this purpose) and then would not allow the registered guests to use those facilities during the evening.

4. For example, I was not permitted to order a drink at the bar but as an alternative, I could pay a fee and a 22% mandatory gratuity to order room service and drink alone in my room.
