1. Only negative was that there was a charge for the business center and Wifi so no way to use a computer without paying (this is why the service got a "4" instead of a "5").

2. Most hotels offer free Wi-Fi and the Hyatt does not even allow you to use their business center computers without charging for every 15 minutes use.
