1. All the rooms & office enclose a courtyard with landscaping & the pool/spa making it seem very private with the cars & traffic out of view.

2. first room was dirty and very small, second room view was a brick wall, noisy, bad neighborhood, could not walk the location, not close to dining, not walking distance to harbor, parking terrible.
