4. The only drawback was the run down neighboring apartments that were in the same parking lot, but besides that I would recommend this to couples looking for an inexpensive room to stay, that is close to the pier, harbor and State Street.

5. Although our room was facing the street, the kitchen and bath room are on the street side so the bedroom is isolated from any street noise.
