The thing that I didn't like about the hotel was where the parking area is there are
apartments
right next to the hotel.

I would say this place used to be an

The only drawback was the run down neighboring
apartments
that were in the same parking lot, but besides that I would recommend this to couples looking for an inexpensive room to stay, that is close to the pier, harbor and State Street.

Although our front door faced the parking lot and an
apart
ment complex, a sliding glass door in the back led to the pool, spa, and a peaceful courtyard.

The room was like a studio
apart

The location is close to the harbor, about an 8 minute walk, but the neighborhood was a bit crumby, with the parking lot adjacent to a beat up
apart
ment building.
