3. The only drawback was the run down neighboring apartments that were in the same parking lot, but besides that I would recommend this to couples looking for an inexpensive room to stay, that is close to the pier, harbor and State Street.

4. Although our front door faced the parking lot and an apartment complex, a sliding glass door in the back led to the pool, spa, and a peaceful courtyard.

6. first room was dirty and very small, second room view was a brick wall, noisy, bad neighborhood, could not walk the location, not close to dining, not walking distance to harbor, parking terrible.
