1. When we arrived the courteous manager personally escorted us to view 2 rooms they had in mind for my husband and I and our 2 teens.

The most remarkable thing is that you get the same service from each and every person working at the Kahala, from the bell boys to the restaurant staff and from the cleaners to the Banquet Manager, everyone is just focused on making sure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible, without being pretentious about it.

7. All the staff were an absolute delight from the chamber maid who having seen our cards wished us a happy anniversary through to the assistant manager on duty ay Hoku's restaurant on 3rd December and who could not do enough to make our evening such a special one.

9. Yes, returning from dinner in Waikiki, we stopped by Hoku's bar to order a night cap from the bar, upon immediate arrival from the manager, telling us we would be more comfortable ordering drinks from downstairs.
