4. The first two days there was no hot water in the hotel, some boiler problem and we felt the management did not properly respond to our concerns so we moved to the New Otani which was approximately half the cost.

7. My room was tiny and faced the apartment building next door; I spent a night there and figured that if I spent a week there I would really get depressed, especially since I really prefer a lounge chair on a balcony to a towel on a sandy and lumpy beach ( to rent a beach chair costs extra.
