1. At the lobby, the attentive reservations lady at check-in recognized us, and thought our room was still being cleaned, so she offered to give us another room.

6. I was surprised at how big the room was, double beds, nice enough pillows, huge balcony/lanai, coffee maker, hair dryer, microwave, full size refrigerator and beautiful open air lobby with free wireless.
