A little more attention to detail would be appropiate,, like a toilet seat that does not come loose,, a bath tub drain that drains,,, and a steady stream or hot and cold water,, like from scalding to cold in a flash,, kinda surprising,, walls painted or scrubbed, very dirty,, looked like someone blew their nose on the wall, and the safe still had fingerprint dust on it,, that gives a real warming feeling,,,as to what to expect,,,.
