1. It was over 1200 sq ft, killer views, everything brand new, granite kitchen, huge lanai, huge master with en suite, nice views up the mauka from the master.

3. Great 2 bedroom suite on the 8th floor and aside from the round building in front of us, it was a great view and balcony.

4. I wouldn't say that the suite was in the best shape; it could use a good paint to clean up the scuff marks and dings in the walls, and a good spring clean for items that wouldn't normally get cleaned every day (like the cupboards or water sprinkler heads).
