1. We could enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with a wonderful unobstucted ocean view right from our Condo (that means that no other buildings were blocking our view of the ocean).

9. There is also a small clean pool and a HUGE deck to lay out on, along with a hot tub that has a partial view of the ocean which is so, so wonderful after a long day at the beach/outdoors.
