5. overpriced wi-fi (which should arguably be free based on the room rates), disappointing shower fixtures, and insufficient soundproofing on both the interior doors and exterior walls, the latter being most relevant due to its proximity to the busiest airport in the world.

8. The lobby is large, and there is a large atrium, with the rooms circled around, this makes the lobby area seem huge and airy (and it is).
