1. Thank goodness for the many other 4 and 5 star properties in Atlanta because I and everyone i can influence will not be staying at a property where the manager doesnt want to bother with guests who need help.

4. I get put on hold and she comes back on the line does not let me speak to the manager and proceeds to ask me all the questions in order to pull up my folio and fax it to me within 5 minutes.

7. My time is expensive and i wasted an insane amount of time and still never spoke to a manager and as i expected the folio took 5 minutes to get to me.

8. The only hot appetizers were very messy chicken wings which we tried, along with a very limited supply of cold food - just cheese, very few creackers, nuts, cake, cookies, etc. It was amusing to see the Club manager eating all the food - even the last two cookies I had my eye on.
