4. and be sure to put a 'do not disturb' sign on your door or housekeeping WILL wake you up at 8:00am!(the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star).

5. We were right next to the elevator and the housekeeping storage closet so we could hear the interworkings of the elevator shaft and the housekeeper loading up her cart a bit through the wall-it was not that big a deal so we did not ask to move.
