4. To the hotel's credit, a maintenance person did come to my room shortly after I notified them about the refrigerator problem (it was almost 10 pm; I figured they'd just deal with it the next morning).

5. I have to say, none of these things individually would be deal breakers for me, but it was just a lot of strange little things that overall mean that I'd look around for other options before staying here again.

6. We were right next to the elevator and the housekeeping storage closet so we could hear the interworkings of the elevator shaft and the housekeeper loading up her cart a bit through the wall-it was not that big a deal so we did not ask to move.
