1. It puts you right between Capitol Hill (lots of cool restaurants, etc.) and downtown (great shopping, etc.); thus, once my car was parked after my business, I didn't need it at night, as I could walk to everything.

7. Location -- Well situated on what I would call the 'edge' of downtown but also within walking distance to Pike Street, Nortdrom, etc. We never used our car after giving it to the valet -- we were able to walk everywhere.

9. Its slightly off to the side of the main area where the other cluster of downtown hotels are but an excellent area and walking distance from the Airport light rail station if you want to go green to this eco friendly hotel.
