1. I know that big city hotels charge these kind of prices, but there are usually alternatives and there wasn't this time.

2. Everything was great i have stayed in hyatts before the only have two complainst i have is the valet charges are 50 a day and they charge for internet per day the westins i stay in are free alot of the times i think the hotel should offer a discount when you stay with them i do relize we are in a big city but still its the princeple not the money .

7. I do find it aggravating to pay for WIFI - although it's probably consistent with area hotels, I've stayed at enough places recently that didn't charge, though, that now when it happens I'm surprised.

8. They charge for the internet, but I signed up for their 'gold passport' rewards program, so I got the internet for free and also got a free late-checkout.

10. Nowadays there are so many nice hotels that offer free internet and free breakfast so it's kind of disappointing when you spend a lot to stay at a nice hotel and then you have to pay for those extras on top of the room charge.
