Location: This may be the only hotel in downtown Seattle, except the Edgewater on the
waterfront
that has balconies.

Excellent site for downtown &
waterfront
excellent friendly staff, with complimentary breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese, all at a price that is on the low end of what's available downtown.
