4. The room had a fireplace, small refrigerator, color television with cable, large and comfortable bed with lots of pillows, good lighting, clean floors and carpets, comfortable lounge chairs before the fireplace, modern clean marble bathroom with tub and shower.

10. But, bugs in the room, a very hard bed, a so so breakfast, a stain on the bathroom rug, a toilet that actually rocked when flushed, very noisy air conditioning, and a tub that didn't drain all add up.
