1. Park your car for 3 minutes in front (when we checked out there were 2 cars in that spot that sat there the whole time (way past 10 minutes))Get your keys and a couple of fobs (one for garage)Go find parking and good luck in knowing how to get back to the office after that.

2. No hassle with finding parking downtown, come back to the hotel if you want a break, public transit is so close and takes you all over if you don't want to drive, and more to see and do around every corner than you could ever do.

4. It is very secure and the parking is very reasonable - only $18.00 a night which is unheard of for downtown Seattle.
