1. The room was ok but there were stains on the fancy pillows on the beds, the countertop in the bathroom had a large damaged spot and there wasn't enough creamer and sugar for the coffee maker.

3. The bed was fantastic!--numerous down pillows, down comforter, and 525 fill power down featherbed (which you can purchase through them) left us fully rejuvenated and refreshed in the morning.
