3. The following items disappointed us: a) we found a half empty water bottle and gum beside one of the beds, b) the rooms have been redecorated but no flat screen TV and the bathrooms were not modernized, c) the Landings area is not as inviting as we thought it would be.

8. I liked the location of the hotel because it is directly in front of the river, close to many area attractions and about a 15 minute drive to Jacksonville International airport.
