The most inconvenient thing are the stairs from the
parking
garage to the Main Lobby.

I left a day early and after several reassurances and my roommate asking for the
parking
charge to go to the room and he would cover it, it was still charged to my credit card.

in reserved spots in front of the hotel.

garage that is also open to the public ($12 a day charged automatically on check-in), we were unable to find a spot to park due to the Landing festivities.
