1. The only downside to the hotel is due to its historic nature: 1) plumbing: when someone in another room flushed, my shower temp changed (just like at home!) 2) there are no individual climate controls in the room.

10. The only downside (to be expected in a circa 1928 hotel is the small rooms, fair mount of noise and most bothersome is the water changing drastic temperatures when showering from others in the hotel flushings toilets etc..
