1. It is a great safe location close to many great little wine bars, restaurants, and the Biltmore.

2. The location of the hotel was perfect, I was about '15 minutes from everything in Phoenix', and there were plenty of restaurants in the area along with shopping.

NOTE: Below I marked restaurant and room service because of breakfast and dinner service in the lobby and because they have a menu in the room that provides information on delivery to room from local restaurant (good enough as I am sure it arrives as quickly as if they had in-site room service).
