3. There is a full kitchen, the rooms and hotel are clean, it doesn't look dated, beds are comfortable, the entire staff is friendly and helpful, and their breakfast and dinner is good.

4. NOTE: Below I marked restaurant and room service because of breakfast and dinner service in the lobby and because they have a menu in the room that provides information on delivery to room from local restaurant (good enough as I am sure it arrives as quickly as if they had in-site room service).

9. Twice I saw people come off the street, walk in the main doors and help themselves to the free food that was out for breakfast/ dinner.
