1. I had alway viewed the Embassy Suites chain as one of quality and would not give a second thought to staying at one of their hotels; I can no longer make that assumption.

2. room was nice, comfy beds, nice linens, had refrigerator and microwave, view out the window pool and lovely landscaped grounds, but no wifi, and ethernet in room didn't work, even after having their tech support come to attempt to fix.

3. I even suggested that he might want to take a walk around the courtyard after 9pm to view the situation himself.

4. To make matters worse, I was offered a free movie in my room and when I was ready to view it, the TV could not show any movies.
