1. Second day she neglected to leave any towels, and the third day, no room service was done at all despite me having left at 10am and dutifully removing the Do Not Disturb sign.

2. I`m glad I did; the front desk supervisor was attentive and friendly, the room was clean and well appointed and room service was typical for a chain hotel.
