5. Hotel is in North Phoenix area, right off Interstate 17, so it's a quick jaunt to downtown, airport, etc.I would stay here again for a trip of this purpose--just a place to crash for a night while we were in transit.

8. We choose this hotel because it is close to the airport (about 14 miles) and yet far enough north on Interstate 17 that you don't have to worry about traffic in the morning if you are heading northbound on 17.
