1. Everything was very clean throughout the entire room and I didn't hear any noise from the street or the hallway.

We used the double decker Greyline buses again to see the major attractions, because you get to see so much more that way if you're short on time, the guides give you a great overall history as well as anecdotes about the buildings, streets, monuments etc. of their city and you can get on and off as often as you like over two days.

3. Had corner back room on 3rd floor so rather dark because looking right into adjacent apartment building but quiet, no noise from street.

4. Whole Foods is a block away, the P street resturants are a block away (loved The Commissary), and the 20+ 14th Street Restaurants are 2 blocks away.

5. The parking is $28 a day; which was full when we arrived, but we parked on the street very close so we were happy about that.

8. There is a Hopkins University branch very close by so there were a decent amount of students on the streets, which made me feel a little safer.

9. CAUTION, be sure to be careful where you park on the street and obey all posted parking signs, because they will tow your vehicle in a heartbeat, and/or issue you a heafty fine.
