1. He took us where we wanted to go and was helpful and we eventually got the trip for the same price we paid for taxi when we arrived but I feel this practice is deceptive .

The guy at the reception call us a limo service to the Dulles Airport, with a great price of 75$ (I paid a bit more to come) and with 2 other cookie!)This is only my second stay in a Hiltron Group hotels, the first was in Niagara Falls 3-4 years ago (at the main Hilton) and all was bad, so I'm happy to find a hotel like the DoubleTree with great price (but why we still need to pay to get the wifi?.
