1. We left the 1st morning & housekeeping was cleaning the rooms right next to ours.

2. The housekeeping staff did their job perfectly, the desk and valet staff were very responsive and attentive, and once we found a couple of nearby bus stops and the Farragut North Metro, we were easily able to go anywhere we wanted from a fairly central location.
