1. I've stayed in DC a few times and this hotel was outstanding for the money (AAA rate).

10. Problem 3: Check out desk: Manager Jason B profusely apologized for our horrible night and no sleep, and said that he couldn't refund our money (we hadn't yet asked but he must have read our minds) because we had booked on Expedia.
