, and lo and behold, not only did we end up with HUGE rooms (which were immaculate), but they were right across the hall from each other.

, Anthony, together with his team, proved to be extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us get another booking at nearby Courtyard by Mariott since they were fully booked for the night.

: apparently we were supposed to let them know upon check-in what type of mattress we liked so they can accommodate (standard service of the Kimpton Group and their pride.
