Plus i joined kimpton in touch so i got free wifi and a $10 credit to use towards the mini bar which was a nice surprise - I didn't even know Kimpton intouch members got that $10 credit until kelly told us so make sure and join - it's free to join so why not?(although i have to admit - the wifi was a big choppy - not the greatest - same thing at the palomar - but at least I didn't have to pay $15.00 like i did at the W).

9. + close to many things, friendly & helpful staff, free drinks & nibbles in the afternoon, $10 mini bar voucher, free wifi, lovely rooms, free dry dog food & water bowl- not their fault but as dalai lama's event was oppositie it was super busy and many people sitting on hotel steps so couldn't use alternate exits, mini bar items not so freshlavish and comfortable rooms with funky decor.
