But the Valet attendant who insisted on helping with our luggage as well as parking the car, the front desk personnel who followed up a maintenance request with two different phone calls to make sur everything was right, the Housekeeping Manager who asked everyone she saw on the elevator if their room was 100%, the Hotel Manager who even helped clear tables at breakfast to make sure there were free tables for all who came in .

Hotel has Valet parking, the website site self or valet when i looked, but it is only valet and they were quick and efficient and friendly and my car was fine, no scratches etc. Hotel location was really good, we could walk to the end of the block and continue on 15th, go past the WHite House area and to the middle of the Mall, by the Washington Monument.

5. The one complaint I would have is there is no valet waiting for you when you pull up.

8. The internet is iBahn based, so: A) It's slow B) You need a LONG wire if you like to roam like me -- I will note that Verizon cell reception is great in the building, my air-card worked very nicely Parking is either valet(@ $20 / night) or you're on your own.
