It does not have a huge
lobby
to sit around but on the second floor there is a huge room that also serves as the breakfast station w/ breakfast available each morning .

If you want a huge, fancy
lobby
yeah the Hyatt is the place but if you want a clean well appointed room w/ all the conveniences, this is it.

and the breakfast room probably have been there since the hotel opened.

is very small with no waiting area for your guest, there is a small area on the second floor, but almost everyone waits outside for friends or a CAB.
