1. But the Valet attendant who insisted on helping with our luggage as well as parking the car, the front desk personnel who followed up a maintenance request with two different phone calls to make sur everything was right, the Housekeeping Manager who asked everyone she saw on the elevator if their room was 100%, the Hotel Manager who even helped clear tables at breakfast to make sure there were free tables for all who came in .

10. Sparing the lengthy, torrid details, I will merely say that I spent nearly one solid hour on the phone with this incompetent hotel manager, his assistant, and their counterparts at the other hotel, until finally the manager at the other hotel managed to convince the incompetent to do the right thing and leave me where they sent me.
