But the Valet attendant who insisted on helping with our luggage as well as parking the car, the front desk personnel who followed up a maintenance request with two different phone calls to make sur everything was right, the Housekeeping Manager who asked everyone she saw on the elevator if their room was 100%, the Hotel Manager who even helped clear tables at breakfast to make sure there were free tables for all who came in .

10. When I did so, the daytime shift manager, as well as the operations manager, Ted Pappagallo, both told me again that they would require me to move twice and that if I insisted on staying in the hotel they moved me to, I would be charged the difference, 'unless you can convince the other hotel not to charge you.
