But the Valet attendant who insisted on helping with our luggage as well as parking the car, the front desk personnel who followed up a maintenance request with two different phone calls to make sur everything was right, the Housekeeping Manager who asked everyone she saw on the elevator if their room was 100%, the Hotel Manager who even helped clear tables at breakfast to make sure there were free tables for all who came in .
