8. The negatives: small, old bathrooms with tubs that don`t drain, limited TV choices, elevators that only fit a couple of people if they have luggage, no one to help with cabs after business hours, limited and spotty room service (esp for breakfast) and dark, low-ceiling hallways and bar.
