2. In spite of me trying to get some clarification to the matter, I have not heard back from the Lombardy's billing person and my account is still charged $19.80 for the mini bar we never used.

The free internet only worked off and on, there was no ice machines that worked, parking was $40 a night and the website said nothing about that and they added gratuity to everything including the mini bar in the room there was no warning for that either it just shows up on your bill, so glad I not only had to call for them to open the wine bottle but I tipped them.

6. This hotel was super cute and you can tell they pay a lot of attention to detail in the rooms (but don't eat or drink anything in the mini bar, b/c the items cost a small fortune!).
