12. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was fine and clean though alittle small, however the bathroom had no shelf space to put anything and the shower was awful just dripped out so had to have bath everyday.

45. The hotel is also great value (I paid $199) and will remain so as the basic architecture of the building and the rooms mean it will never be able to attract the hyper lux crowd who now insist on enourmous bathrooms, rooms, etc. Your room and bathroom will be small.

46. We were moved down to the 4th floor, but the new room we were given was quite a lot larger with two queen beds fitted with quality Sferra linens which made them amazingly comfortable, a large walk in wardrobe and a small but funky bathroom with great Kiehls toiletry products.
