3. For what we paid for the room, we could have probably stayed at a cheaper hotel, and gotten free internet and breakfast, but certainly not in a location like the Hyatt is in.

4. It still baffles me how nicer hotels charge for the things you get for free at less expensive hotels (parking, breakfast, wireless internet, local calls etc.), but if you read the fine print you will leave the $3 water bottle on the side table and take your laptop down to the lobby.

5. we went to the bistro for breakfast - 2 kids, 2 adults and showed our waiter the coupons we got from the front desk - it turned out to be the most expensive breakfast we've had for what we got: : the waiter told us what we could get for free with the coupons - we ordered it - and had to end up paying for it because he mistook the complimentary coupons for complimentary breakfast entree.

6. Yes, this is a full service hotel - so you won't find free breakfast, free internet, parking, etc. But you will find a great property, professional staff, lovely rooms & GREAT beds.

8. They didn't have a room ready when I checked in, but even though they it was only going to be 10-15 minutes they gave me some free drink coupons from the bar and a free breakfast.

9. We had AAA promotion discount that gave us $20 pp free breakfast each day, so we took advantage of the Bistro 333 breakfast buffet, which was surprisingly nice for hotel buffet.

10. A couple of nitpicky things - the bathroom is a bit small but nothing too bad, there's no continental breakfast (but there is a good coffee shop downstairs), parking is not free (but it seems like that's standard in Milwaukee) and no fridge in the room for our dinner leftovers.

11. We also feel that Hyatt should start offering some of the little things that make a stay pleasant such as free internet and at least a small coffee bar or continental breakfast.
