1. In the lobby and casino areas, the bathrooms are always dirty.

2. Filthy dirty smelled bathroom not clean towls are scratchy rooms very worn and animals are allowed dirty dirty dirty thinking of getting an atorney to get my money back.

First off we booked our room at the beginning of December to make sure we got a non-smoking room due to issues with sleeping in a smokey room, the room we had booked and had a confirmation for did not exist so we had no room, they ended up putting us in a horribly dirty room that we noticed the following morning had puke stains down the drapes, a broken chair, dirty bathroom and to top it all off blankets and a bottom sheets that had burnt holes in them.

4. The plug in the tub didn't work, everything was old and dirty, there were lots of cracks that were filled with bathroom scum, wall paper was peeling, and the bottom of the bathroom door was all chipped and falling off.

12. The room was just terrible - ancient dirty carpet, leaky faucet in the bathroom, I had to haul our bags a looong way from the entrance to the room, guest parking was full at 8:00pm so I was asked to park in a different dirty parking lot next to the hotel like many others.

13. The TV did not work, the air conditioning unit was noisy, the bathroom was absolutely filthy, the carpets were dirty, and the view out the window which greeted us was a wall and an air vent, with the tops of a few of the palm trees visible in the distance.

I finally wondered in my pj's and robe with my son as well,we had just had baths no less and dan who worked the night shift at the desk was an amazing man,he deserves a promotion,he offered me a $50.00 food voucher which i turned down and was soooo tired by 2;35am there time which is 4 am mine in tx, he gave me a GO room no extra charge for the inconvience,i even went up and thanked him one more time,the room was mazing,two queens beds 22 nd floor over looking ballys, bills, i saw the fountains at belligio,top of paris,it was great,the room was clean,the bathroom was very clean, no nothing on the floors,extra towels,the maids were very ncie,i even helped them a bit telling then don't clean the room just give me towels and i placed the dirty ones outside.

(I would recommend staying away from the Imperial Palace - our guests that stayed there were not too happy with it - very run down, dirty, confusing layout, etc.) The Flamingo lobby and the casino were all great - clean, nice looking, etc. Only complaint I had was that there was only one bathroom for the whole casino/poker area, which was a bit of a walk from the further edges of the casino.

Lots of Negatives - rooms are run down; carpeting and bathrooms were worn/dirty; front desk staff is rude and unhelpful (manager on duty was the worst); housekeeping is horrible (trash and room service trays left in hallways, sheets not changed, and clean towels only left after multiple requests, etc.); old/slow elevator banks (expect to wait); long-wait at check-in for room to be available; and food service in hotel restaurants is mediocre.

83. The rooms are worn, old bedspreads, chipped paint, frayed carpets, dirty windows, dirty upholstery, moldy bathrooms, poor plumbing, etc. I think they have managed to maximize profit from the 2003 re-do and it's time to spend some money to freshen up the rooms.
