Room really dirty, holes in the wall, dirty stained furniture, wouldn't walk on carpet with bare feet, we didn't even undress, dread to think what we were sharing the bed with!mattress protector revolting, sheets stained, pubic hairs all over the dirty bathroom, small fridge disgusting and covered in rust.

10. replacement room was slightly better but cleanliness was poorto say the least we cleaned the room ourselves and made the best of what was there after8 nights of being very itchy around the neck i noticed dark spots on sheets looked at the head board and what i thought was glue spots was actualy bed bug eggs lifting up the seam of head board i was disgusted to find that it was over run with bed bugs my husbds bed was just as bad i went to front desk with this information and evidence they gave me a large plastic bag to put all our clothing in and $4.00 to wash and dry all our clothes!oh and a change of room as we were not financialy prepared to book into another hotel we endured the rest of our holiday there not once did we see any pest control at this room but what we did see was the head boards lying on the ground outside the laundry room being hosed down with cold water and a packet of domestic washing powder these were left on the ground over night i could not belive what i was seeing please dont go there as this problem will and is getting worse due to the lack of care to eradicate this properly NEVER EVER WOULD I go or recomend it has put me off florida for life.
