1. low and behold we only stayed there one night, they said they would refund me for the second night three days later im still waiting for my charge plate to be refunded, the second night we spent at a chain hotel up the street which is what i recommend anyone going to the area does.

2. the rooms were ok the beds were comfy but we had 2 doubles and thank god because one of the beds were stained so we slept in the other there pillows are like paper thin and gross and the shower was gross and rusty there was a mini fridgeoverall i stayed here because it was a non refundable rate and i had no choice but next time i will pay more to get more value, i mean come on paying for ice.

3. You can get free wireless internet in the lobby, we were on the bottom floor and we could get it on the balcony too, unfortunatley my partner went on it late at night and left the room door open and let a load of mozzys in, we went to reception the mornin after to ask if there was anything we could do to get rid, they told us they would refund us for anything we bought and moved us to a new, mozzy free room straight away.

4. We had to put down a $15.00 deposit fee for the key, but it was refundable upon checkout.

5. The prices can be massively inflated and they wont refund or exchange, its all too easy to part with your hard earned money when your in the holiday mood.

7. com sent them the cancellation two times to make the refund but no one care and i called them for several times but there is no manager to talk with me only one time and she said tomorrow will make the refund this tomorrow never came , so i think this hotel has no management at all , in addition i called them at 5 am but the employee who answered was asleep and couldn't speak English and couldn't understand anything so at the end this was my experience with this .
