1. + really close to Universal Studios - so you can park at universal come back for a nap/lunch and then go back really quickly+close to walgreens (good for snacks) and the outlet mallNegatives- Nasty (towels had stains, ON ALL of them)- one bed had hair already on the pillow- i never took off my shoes because the carpet was stained, crunchy and nasty - took my flipflops in the shower - rusted shower and toilet- it felt SOOOO shady, it was like those ghetto motels on tv where you are facing the highway and listening to the loud noise all night.
